In Rockhammar, we produce chemical thermomechanical pulp (CTMP). Annually, we produce up to 150,000 tons of CTMP for our carton production in Frövi and Gruvön. The CTMP section is one of the three sections that make up the Pulp Mill at Frövi.

We are now looking for a Shift Operator for Environment and Boiler for our CTMP production in Rockhammar.

As an operator for our environmental department and boiler, you are an important part of our shift team where we work closely together to develop our operations and achieve our goals. We support each other and share responsibility for ensuring that operations run smoothly. You will work with monitoring via a screen-based control system combined with rounds to ensure quality in production. Together, you will also work according to the group's competency development plan.

Your main tasks will include:

• Monitoring and controlling our water treatment and environmental facility and steam central. From pre-sedimentation to treatment ponds.
• Monitoring and controlling our steam central. From bark feeding to ash handling.
• Field rounds.
• Promote positive environmental thinking and work long-term to reduce the department's environmental impact, as well as ensure that the routines and guidelines in the environmental management system are followed.

The position is a permanent employment located in Rockhammar. Start date according to agreement.

Qualifications

To succeed in the role of Operator for Environment and Boiler, you need to have:

• Higher vocational education as an operations technician. For example, with a focus on Water and Environmental Technology, Power, Heat, and Process, etc. Alternatively, other education or work experience that the company considers equivalent.
• Driving license B.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience of shift work or irregular working hours.
• Forklift and wheel loader licenses, but this is not a requirement.
